Practice 9/19

Practice today is 5:30-7 at the Middle School Field

Practice 9/16 - Canceled

We are canceling practice today as we had 3 games this week and have 2 really tough ones next week. Please rest up, ice and do something this weekend. We will have practice Monday and we are hoping we will have a full squad to go over some plays.

Game 9/28 - Time Change

Quaker Valley has changed their start times for home game

Our Game will start at 4:30 instead of 5:00.

Bus will leave from school at 3:00 with an early dismissal of 2:30.

Soccer on TV - Saturday

ESPN2 - BLACKBURN-ARSENAL 7:30 am.

Directions to Honus Wagner Football Stadium

Honus Wagner Stadium is located in the borough of Carnegie. From the Parkway (279), exit at the Carnegie exit staying in the right lane. Proceecd straight through the light and make a left at the next stop sign onto Washington Ave. Travel through another stop light and continue for approximately six blocks, watching for Carnegie Elementary School on your left. The stadium is directly behind the elementary school.

FROM I-79
1. Get of Expressway at Sewickley Exit
2. Drive North on Route 65 toward Sewickley
3. At 2nd traffic light make a left hand turn across the bridge
4. At the light on far end of bridge, make a right
5. About ¾ of a mile down the 4-lane highway is a light. Bear right and go up the hill
6. At the bottom of the hill, make a right onto McGovern Boulevard
7. Follow McGovern Boulevard about 3 miles to Duquesne Power Plant. Make a left onto Route 151 West. At the top of the hill, make a right at the traffic light onto Brodhead Road
8. Continue on Brodhead Road about 2 miles. Pass Hopewell Shopping Center on the right. Immediately after the FEZ Restaurant make a right onto Longvue Avenue
9. School is on Longvue Avenue 2 blocks on the right.

DIRECTIONS TO HOPEWELL JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
1. Use the same directions as to the Senior High School (above) except go 2 blocks further pass the FEZ Restaurant and the Junior High School is on the right pass the school.
